Noelle graduated in 1991 with honors from The Savannah College of Art and Design where she received a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design. In 1992, she joined The Tapley Finklea Group. Noelle is especially talented in logo and publication design. She possesses a thorough knowledge of all aspects of graphic design and client relations. Noelle was named creative director for TFG in 1999.
